The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, leading hands-on learning activities, and guiding students through end-to-end project development.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver grade-wise, project-based learning modules aligned with NEP 2020 guidelines and NITI Aayog's ATL framework.- Conduct engaging training sessions on STEM/STEAM domains such as Robotics, IoT, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, AR/VR, and DIY innovation projects.- Guide students through end-to-end project development—from ideation to prototyping.- Maintain and oversee ATL infrastructure, tools, equipment, technology kits, and digital inventory to ensure seamless lab operations.- Collaborate with school teams, educators, and mentors to foster a culture of creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.Qualifications & Skills:Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E or equivalent).- Strong passion for STEM education, tinkering, and innovation-driven learning.- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom engagement skills.- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for school-level learners.- Proficiency in any of the following is an added advantage: Robotics platforms, microcontrollers (Arduino/Raspberry Pi), 3D design, coding, or AI tools.About Us:We are a 30+ years young organization, buzzing with cool ideas, making future-ready products.
