Job Description: ISPL Operations Change Management - CIB-ITO

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 12-15years


Position Purpose: This role aims to enhance ISPL Operations' capability in driving efficiency programs, continuous improvement, and process optimization. The focus is on operational efficiency, process expertise, and financial security, ensuring that end-to-end value chains are optimized across the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations.
  • Act as a Lean and Project Management subject matter expert for the team and stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor individuals and teams on Lean methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Recommend solutions to keep projects on track and ensure delivery and benefit realization.
  • Lead large-scale projects, perform workflow analysis, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Represent operations in business meetings with stakeholders.
  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
  • Manage performance targets and ensure team alignment with business objectives.


Key Competencies & Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Lean and project improvement initiatives.
  • Proven project management background.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage large workloads and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with banking operations is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Strong skills with the MS Office suite.
  • International exposure preferred.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
