Generative AI Architect- Customer Experience

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Responsibilities GenAI Architect Required with exposure on CX (Contact Centre ) for Training • Analyse client business problems to identify and qualify high-impact use cases for prompt-based AI solutions. • Architect complex, context-aware prompts using established frameworks to generate reliable and relevant outputs for advisory tasks. • Design and document prompt chains to automate workflows such as market research analysis, user story creation, and personalized content generation. • Evaluate LLM outputs for quality, bias, and safety, applying mitigation techniques to ensure responsible and ethical AI application. • Articulate and defend a GenAI-driven CRM solution to a client stakeholder, clearly linking the technical approach to measurable business outcomes.
