Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being.Job Title: Senior Manager EngineeringJob Description:Key Responsibilities:Lead medium size projects and manage subsystems.Oversee resources and work closely with directors to ensure business priorities are met.Accountable for the successful delivery of Integration projects across tools and technologies.Provide technical leadership and direction to evaluate third party systems and prototype new components.Ensure alignment with standards and procedures and propose optimizations for existing processes.Should be data and metrics oriented.Work closely with other teams to capture future needs.Foster vendor partnerships that encourage collaboration and improvement opportunities.Provide team members with coaching, mentoring, feedback and staff development.Hire, coach, train, and lead high caliber and diverse teams of technology specialists who provide development expertise and guidance.Lead efforts to ensure a motivated and effective workforce focused on continuous improvement and best practices.Experience:10+ years of application development/engineering, and/or data architecture experience.5+ years of experience leading development teams that are both technical and functional.Proven ability to deliver against project schedules and timelines with quality.Demonstrated ability to proactively manage key objectives of costs and benefits associated with technology services.Ability to build teams and maintain positive working relationships.Ability to communicate at both a technical and executive level.Results oriented, willing to take responsibility and accept accountability for action.Strong communication and leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to lead IT professionals.Comfortable with ambiguity and initiative to sense urgency.Excellent oral and written skills to interact with senior management, technical experts, and business customers.Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.Competencies:Compassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, & respect.Foster innovation through creativity to get to a workable solution.Show integrity in what is done and how it is done - without sacrificing personal/business ethics.Embrace an inclusion-focused mindset, seeking input from others on their work and encouraging open expression of diverse ideas and opinions.Team-oriented, positively contributing to team morale & willing to help.Learning-Focused, finding ways to improve in their field and use positive constructive feedback to grow personally and professionally.Think strategically and proactively anticipate future problems, needs or changes in the work.Skills Required:7-10+ years of experience in development and engineering.Experience leading technical and functional development teams.Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Strong communication and leadership skills.Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Java, ReactJS, HTML, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.Experience with Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and API management.Familiarity with data streaming platforms like Kafka.Experience with MongoDB.Strong system design skills.Results-oriented with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management, technical experts, and business customers.Strong engineering delivery skills with a bias for action and customer focus.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Operations, and Technology) to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.Additional Skills:Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Mockito).Experience with Cosmos DB, or other NoSQL and SQL database management systems.
