The ideal candidate will have a blend of industry experience and teaching skills, able to simplify complex concepts and deliver hands-on, job-ready training.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, practical, and structured training sessions covering:Module 1: Introduction to Agile & Agile Business AnalysisModule 2: Agile Frameworks & CeremoniesModule 3: Requirements in AgileModule 4: Backlog Management & PrioritizationModule 5: Agile Modeling & Analysis TechniquesModule 6: Agile Testing & Quality AssuranceModule 7: Metrics, KPIs & Reporting in AgileModule 8: Agile at Scale & Digital TransformationConduct hands-on labs and practical exercises using Jira and related Agile tools.Guide learners in applying Agile Business Analysis techniques to real-world scenarios.Collaborate with curriculum development team to update content and incorporate latest Agile trends and industry practices.Provide mentorship, career guidance, and project feedback to learners.Evaluate learner progress and conduct assessments to ensure learning outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Agile Consultant.Proven training or coaching experience in Agile Business Analysis.In-depth knowledge of:Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum Alliance Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Requirements gathering, backlog grooming, user stories & acceptance criteria.Agile ceremonies and stakeholder management.Hands-on expertise with Jira (mandatory) and familiarity with other Agile/project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to adapt teaching style to learners from different backgrounds.
