Passionate about delivering sustainable outcomes, we focus on providing meaningful solutions to real-world needs.Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision and 1 Voice.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Associate Accounts Payable will be responsible for managing day to day operations related to the company’s account payables process, as well as preparing ledger reconciliations and entries.Create purchase orders and new vendors for multiple agencies.Approve invoices by validating the details and ensure adherence to accounting policies.Train Marketing Team on purchase order creation.Assist with any AP related questions from internal and external teams.Assist team with month-end duties, including preparing journal entries related to Reclass, Accruals, Prepaid Amortization etc.Creation and Maintenance of Job codes and WBS (Work breakdown structure) in SAP.Prepare Blackline reconciliations and tasks as assigned.Check and assess all accounting records for accuracy.Assist with special projects and audits as needed.Maintain good rapport with staff, vendors, external auditors and regulators.Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures in all accounting functions and activities.QualificationGraduate in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent experience)4+ years experience.Must be strong team player, flexible, and willing to work overtime when required.Strong analytical and organizational skills with a passion for accuracy, both written and verbal.Proven ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-pace environment.Must be comfortable interfacing with employees outside of the office at other locations/countries, via phone, email, web meetings to gain understanding to complete monthly tasks.Able to work under tight deadlines.Able to display initiative & take ownership of problems
