High-Performance Component Developer - Mid-Level Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Software Craftsman to build and optimize high-performance components for our compliance and sanctions screening solutions.The role involves native development across Windows and UNIX, performance tuning, production stability, and contributing to advanced screening capabilities used by global banking clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain DLL/SO modules across Windows, Linux, and UNIX platforms.Architect and optimize performance-critical backend modules in C/C++ using efficient memory management and low-latency execution techniques.Lead debugging, refactoring, and RCA to resolve complex production issues and enhance system stability.Implement advanced logging and error-handling frameworks for improved monitoring and fault isolation.Optimize database interactions using SQL/ODBC, achieving measurable improvements in query performance.Apply NLP and data-normalization techniques to improve entity extraction accuracy and reduce false positives.Contribute to the development of key features such as sanctions screening, anomaly detection, and intelligent party matching.Deliver secure integrations using JNI and REST APIs for smooth data exchange across distributed systems.Prepare SPRs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support releases and deployments.Conduct code reviews, guide tasks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
