Strategic Training Manager RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional with a track record of delivering comprehensive training initiatives, particularly focusing on advanced French language proficiency and professional skills development.This key leadership position requires a minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Training and Development, Learning & Development, or a related field with a C1 Certification in French (CEFR) or equivalent demonstrating native or near-native fluency.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and strategizing full training cycles from Needs Analysis to Evaluation for all French language, cultural, and professional skills programs. They must oversee curriculum development, creation, enhancement, and maintenance of high-quality engaging training content and materials ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication presentation and public speaking skills in both languages, as well as demonstrate expertise in designing and leading Train-the-Trainer (ToT) initiatives and have proven experience in a senior leadership or management role within L&D preferably in an international or multilingual environment.A relevant professional certification such as CPTD CPLP ATD Master Trainer is highly desirable.
