Job Description:As a Founding Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the core infrastructure of our AI Operator.Key Responsibilities:Standardize Data Schemas: Develop and maintain canonical data models that normalize conflicting metrics across disparate sources.Build Deep 1P Data Integrations: Construct pipelines to ingest high-fidelity signals directly from enterprise data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift.Integrate Unstructured Data & LLMs: Build workflows that scrape and process multimodal data from ad libraries and social platforms.Architect the Observer Framework: Design and implement the logging and observation infrastructure that records every state change.Required Skills:Strong proficiency in backend engineering with expertise in architecture, design, and development.Experience with data integration, standardization, and management.Proficiency in working with large-scale data warehouses and distributed systems.Ability to architect and implement complex systems.Benefits:Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project with a talented team.Chance to develop and own the core infrastructure of our AI Operator.Competitive salary and benefits package.Other Information:This role requires a strong passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
