Interested to know more kindly revert with your resume on nikitha.prabhu@kalpataruprojects.com or you may connect on (+91) 7045460093 Key Responsibilities: To execute structural engineering design and analysis for onshore oil & gas facilities, ensuring safety, integrity, and cost-effectiveness. Participate in all stages of project development: Concept, Basic, FEED, Detail Design, and Commissioning until final handover. Conduct and review structural analysis, G.A. drawings, foundation designs, and support calculations using STAAD. Pro and other tools. Ensure compliance with applicable standards including IBC, AISC, OSHA, and oil & gas-specific design norms. Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design and smooth coordination. Support procurement through preparation/review of structural specifications and bid evaluations. Conduct site visits, inspections, and structural integrity assessments. Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and client-facing technical discussions. Proactively suggest design optimizations and cost-effective solutions for facility structures. Coordinate and review deliverables from consultants and subcontractors. Ready and available for short-term assignments in the US or Europe as per project needs. Requirements: Proven ability to execute structural designs with team and deliver results on time. Strong communication skills for technical discussions with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Must be proactive, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced project environment. High level of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
