Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to develop performance test scripts, design load scenarios, and analyze results.Developing performance test scripts independently using LoadRunner and other tools.Designing and executing performance test loads, analyzing results, and providing solutions for performance issues.Migrating existing LoadRunner scripts after application upgrades.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in testing high-complexity enterprise-grade products with a large client base. They should possess excellent analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bonus qualifications include:Performance tuning and optimization experience with databases.Experience with ASP.Net and Microsoft dotnet framework.Knowledge of open-source tools.We require a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience) and at least 6-8 years of experience in performance testing. Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and one programming language (like C, C#, JavaScript) is essential. Experience with large-scale enterprise-level products and Linux environments is beneficial.
