TheSolution Architect will work across multiple technology domains — cloud, DevOps,automation, data management, integrations, and user experience — thinking beyond AI tocreate holistic digital experiences that serve both internal and client-facing needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ArchitectureDefine and own the overall architectural blueprint for development of enterprisegrade applications, integrations, and platform scalability.Design modular, API-first, and microservices-based solutions that can adapt toevolving business and AI requirements.Ensure seamless integration between AI components, core applications, andenterprise systems such as JIRA, SAP, ADO, Salesforce, and Confluence.Balance functional and non-functional requirements — scalability, reliability,security, and maintainability.Collaborate with AI Architects to embed GenAI components responsibly intobroader solution workflows.Technology Leadership & Delivery Lead technical design for cross-functional development teams across frontend,backend, DevOps, and data engineering.Oversee the development of multi-tenant cloud-based platforms with reusable andconfigurable modules.Define standards and best practices for coding, integration, testing, anddeployment across AICoE projects.Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD automation, container orchestration, andobservability are embedded from inception.Architect and optimize integrations between AI engines, databases, automationsystems, and third-party APIs.Ensure data flow governance, access control, and audit compliance across alldevelopment modules.Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure technical feasibilityaligns with business goals.Innovation & Strategic AlignmentBring innovation beyond AI, exploring automation, workflow engines, analytics, anddigital transformation enablers.Contribute to the strategic roadmap for our AI-enabled development services,ensuring scalability across different industry use cases.Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., serverless computing, event-drivenarchitectures, low-code orchestration) .Governance, Quality & Mentorship Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks, review processes,and quality gates.Mentor developers, technical leads, and DevOps engineers to build crossfunctional architectural awareness.Partner with AI Architects and Security teams to ensure Responsible AI andSecure by-design practices.Required Skills & Qualifications Experience & Expertise10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture forenterprise-grade applications.Proven experience leading large-scale cloud-native solution design (Azure,AWS, or GCP).Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, containerization, andserverless frameworks.Exposure to AI integration frameworks, RAG pipelines, orLangChain/LangGraph is an advantage but not mandatory.Technical Proficiency Strong knowledge of at least one core backend language: .NET Core, Java, orPython.Hands-on with API management (Apigee, Kong, Azure API Gateway) andintegration middleware.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM,Helm), and DevOps automation.Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL/Vector) and dataorchestration frameworks.Experience with security, compliance, and governance frameworks (OAuth2,JWT, ISO standards).Professional Attributes Strong analytical and architectural thinking skills with a solution-first mindset.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management ability.Ability to balance innovation with practical implementation timelines.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate acrossbusiness and technical domains.Preferred Qualifications Exposure to enterprise-scale AI or automation platform architecture.Prior experience in digital transformation, workflow orchestration, or platformengineering.Understanding of Agile/Scaled Agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices.Experience in testing, quality engineering, and release management automation (a strong plus).What We OfferOpportunity to lead the architectural vision of enterprise-grade development, shaping the foundation for enterprise-wide AI adoption.Collaborative work with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and Product Leaders to deliver world-class solutions.Exposure to multi-domain technologies — from cloud-native design to AI-driven orchestration.Competitive compensation, autonomy, and leadership growth within QualiZeal’s AICoE.
