Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to identify fraud trends in customer transactions. Monitor account patterns to determine existing risks.Job Summary:Monitor and identify high risk transactions within the business portfolio.Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as payment fraud, first/third party fraud, account take over, friendly fraud, theft and similar other risks.Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing. Resolve queued transactions within service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses. Interact with customers to validate information and confirm or cancel authorizations.Responsibilities:Monitor constantly customer and transactional records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts.Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.Requirements:3+ year experience in Fraud Investigation is preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in MS Office.Bachelor's Degree in related field like accounting, economics, business management, statistics, etc.Good communication skills, with proficiency in English and ability to communicate directly with clients.
