You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system operations, timely issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions.This role involves troubleshooting issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Troubleshoot complex issues in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, Javascripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Manage and coordinate system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.Solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).Provide escalation support primarily for a subset of customers but also across the wider team.Promote best practices across the team.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or Change Requests.Key Requirements:
