We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Cash Operations Specialist.The role involves supporting the onboarding process for Available Cash Reporting (ACR), driving Intraday Liquidity activities, ensuring operational control, and delivering accurate reconciliation outcomes.This is a hands-on position requiring strong domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide team members.The key responsibilities include:Support Team Lead in daily operations & control activitiesPerform production tasks with high accuracy and four-eye reviewsManage end-to-end reconciliation & transaction matchingMaintain process documentation and provide timely MIS reportingMentor team members as a domain SMEAnalyze client onboarding requirements & perform pre-balance checksIdentify process gaps and contribute to operational improvementsManage risks, escalate issues, and maintain a robust control environmentThe mandatory skills required include:Hands-on experience in Cash Operations Domain: cash products, settlements & intraday liquidity, cash availability reporting (ACR)Reconciliation (RECON) expertise: strong end-to-end reconciliation knowledge, TLM Reconciliation experience (highly preferred)SWIFT Message Expertise: clear understanding of MT103, MT202, MT210, MT900, MT910Nostro/Vostro Accounts: purpose, flow, and role in cash operations & reconciliationCommunication Skills: ability to clearly articulate concepts (STRICT requirement)Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Cash Operations backgroundGood to have:Exposure to Client OnboardingKnowledge of Liquidity Management toolsUnderstanding of break analysis & cash forecastingThe ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Cash Operations domain and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
