Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance and troubleshooting work.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and rectify defects on priority, while monitoring the parameters and tracking trips and alarms in the system during the shift.Supervision of Operations: Lead and direct teams responsible for construction, road development, pavement, bitumen, structure drawings, concrete, survey, inward level, hydraulic systems, and high-rise building finishers.Material Management: Plan and manage material procurement, deployment, and inventory control to ensure seamless project execution.Problem Diagnosis and Rectification: Investigate root causes of failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and circulate reports, minutes of meetings, and other documentation as required.Team Development and Management: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among team members, while also managing leave and attendance records.Improvement Works and Contingency Planning: Develop and implement strategies for improvement works, as well as prepare contingency plans for unexpected events or issues.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Critical Skills:Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable insights.Experience with project management software and tools.Technical Skills:Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.Understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and valves.Experience with hydraulic systems and piping design.Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software.Knowledge of electrical systems, including circuitry and electrical safety protocols.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.OSHA certifications for supervisory personnel.BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.OthersAt [Company Name], we prioritize employee satisfaction, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
