Experience: 15+ Years (with strong leadership in AI/ML/Search)


This leader will drive Search, recommendation system & Personalization charter for the Artificial Intelligence BU for a Leading Financial Services Group.


Role Impact: Lead a team of search engineers, build horizontal AI capabilities, deliver large-scale ML systems in production, and create state-of-the-art search & recommendation models.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹Develop and maintain advanced search algorithms and indexing systems (text, image, and voice search).

🔹Apply NLP, machine learning, and deep learning models to enhance search accuracy and relevance.

🔹Implement features such as faceted search, query expansion, and personalization to improve user experience.

🔹Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.

🔹Optimize performance, ensure system reliability, and provide support for production environments.
