Job Title: Community Engagement LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that foster engagement, share updates, and communicate key information to global audiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Create and manage community posts, develop and execute communication plans, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.Write and Maintain Content: Write and maintain concise, accurate communications, including knowledge base articles, Wiki content, processes, best practices, and presentations.Create and Manage Internal Site Content: Ensure organizational accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all internal site content.Maintain Document Control: Develop and maintain a robust library for document control, team collaboration, and external socialization.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Provide key business partners with information and recommendations to support the development and implementation of training resources and plans.Communicate Complex Processes: Translate complex processes and procedures into clear, understandable language, workflows, and step-by-step instructions.Participate in Communications Development: Participate in all phases of communications development, from project planning through release, including writing, editing, and publishing.Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Identify intersection points across multiple projects and teams to maximize efforts and consolidate communications, reducing noise and improving clarity.Work Collaboratively: Work collaboratively with various teams and disciplines to develop communications that meet their intended purpose, within schedule and budget limitations.Tailor Content to Audience: Tailor content to fit the needs of different audiences, applying critical thinking to ensure communications meet standards and are contextually appropriate.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies.Strong writing and editing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and disciplines.Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.The opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects.
