Motion & Post-Production LeadAs a hands-on motion design professional, you will shape and elevate the craft of animation, CGI, and post-production within a global creative production hub.Main Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Creative Execution:Be hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools.Direct and review the work of designers, compositors, and editors to maintain a high level of creativity and technical quality.Introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytelling and visual fidelity.Process Governance:Establish best practices and workflow templates for motion and post projects.Define rendering, file-management, and QC standards to ensure delivery consistency and high-quality output.Partner with technology teams to identify opportunities for automation or AI-assisted processes.Talent Development:Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of motion designers, compositors, colorists, and editors.Drive internal training on new software, motion trends, and cinematic design principles.BUILD A STRONG CULTURE OF FEEDBACK AND ACCOUNTABILITY.Collaboration:Work closely with regional teams to align motion output with campaign needs and market nuances.Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of motion assets in multi-channel campaigns.This is a unique opportunity to join our team and take your career to the next level.
