**Technical Operations Manager Role**Join our team as a Technical Operations Manager. We're looking for an experienced professional to lead and mentor a team of technical operations engineers. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of technical operations.The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in technical operations or system administration, with a solid grasp of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and Prometheus.In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team in handling critical situations and high-severity incidents, managing and resolving L2/L3 technical issues, and ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
