Financial Analyst PositionJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our finance team. This role will involve supporting both US GAAP and Local GAAP reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close processes, and preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:US GAAP and Local GAAP Reporting: Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with both accounting standards.Month-End Closing Process: Support the timely completion of tasks related to month-end and year-end closing.Account Reconciliations: Reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts on a regular basis and investigate discrepancies.Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and supporting schedules.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain proper documentation for all journal entries and account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.RequirementsDegree in Accountancy or a related field with CA/CPA qualification and 2+ years of experience in accounting and book close process.Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Local GAAP (e.g., IFRS, statutory requirements).Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
