Graphic DesignerNaya empowers teams to generate creative ideas and drive innovation. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating ideas into visuals that move people, building and evolving the brand through typography, graphics, motion, and tone.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, product design, and/or animation, and some experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. They should be collaborative, organized, fast-paced, quality-driven, growth-minded, customer-obsessed, strategic, and imaginative.Design new features from scratch and improve existing ones, owning the process from scope definition to low-fidelity sketches, high-fidelity designs, and handoff specifications.Break down complicated processes, identify core problems, and have a plan for how to proceed, navigating ambiguity with initiative and charts.Get feedback from users, teammates, experts, and friends as a core part of the design process, asking good questions and navigating feedback to inform the end product.Remote work arrangement, spanning several countries and time zones.Preferably have a formal training or education in graphic design, product design, and/or animation.Hybrid responsibilities, combining graphic and UI/UX design skillsets, with bonus points for animation experience.Qualifications include 3-5 years of experience and some experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
