Job Title: Security Operations SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team and support daily operations, monitoring, and administration of key security platforms.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of robust security solutions and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Security (Proofpoint): Monitor and triage email security alerts, reviewing quarantined messages and assisting users with release/false-positive requests. Support configuration updates such as policies, URL defense, and impersonation protection.Identity Access Management (Saviynt IAM/IGA): Support user lifecycle management, reviewing access requests and helping enforce access approval workflows. Assist in periodic access certifications and role-based access reviews.Endpoint Privilege Management (CyberArk EPM): Monitor endpoint privilege escalations and policy enforcement across endpoints. Support the onboarding of new endpoints into EPM policies and assist in managing least-privilege settings.General Security Operations: Contribute to incident response by collecting logs, evidence, and performing first-level analysis. Collaborate with security, IT, and operations teams to resolve security issues and provide user support.
