About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will play a vital role in designing and developing scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our business.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and distributed technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, estimate, and develop new software applications and enhancements.Assist in defining, developing, and documenting software objectives, business requirements, deliverables, and specifications.Work with QA teams to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results.Develop components based on business and/or application requirements.Create unit tests in accordance with team policies and procedures.Address complex incidents and problems through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.2-5 years of experience in Core Java and Enterprise Java Technologies (J2EE technologies).Experience in Big Data Ecosystems: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.Experience in open-source frameworks like Spring IO, Spring MVC, Spring Hibernate, Spring Boot.Knowledge of JavaScript UI frameworks is desirable (backbone, angular, react, etc.).Strong understanding of web architectural and design patterns.Understanding of software security practices including user authentication and authorization.Familiarity with profiling, code coverage, logging, common IDEs, and other development tools.Scripting Languages: JSP & Servlets, JavaScript, XML, HTML, Python, and Bash.Agile Methodologies - Scrum.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Technical Benefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.Chance to contribute to the growth and success of the company.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Non-Technical Benefits:Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Behavioral Attributes:Team player with excellent interpersonal collaboration skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Possess Can-Do attitude to overcome challenges with high energy levels.Self-motivated, directed, and passionate.
