Motion Graphics Designer

About the RoleWe're seeking a Motion Graphics Designer who is a creative force...someone who can take a concept and transform it into eye-catching, dynamic visuals that capture attention and communicate complex ideas instantly. You'll be a creative lead who owns the full motion graphics process: from conceptualization and design to animation and delivery. You'll work directly with the content team to translate data-driven strategy into visually stunning assets that perform across Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms.This role requires independence, creativity and technical mastery. You won't be waiting for a graphic designer to hand you assets, you'll create them from scratch, animate them and optimize them for impact. Your work will directly influence campaign performance, engagement rates and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop motion graphics concepts that align with campaign strategy, brand guidelines and performance goalsCreate storyboards, animatics and motion plans to visualize sequences before full productionCollaborate with account strategists and creative directors to refine direction and ensure visual alignment with campaign objectivesIdentify trends in motion design and recommend innovative approaches that elevate campaign performanceDesign and create visual assets from scratchCreate 2D animation using industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, etc.)Execute complex animations including transitions, effects, compositing and visual effectsEnsure precise timing, easing and movement principles for smooth, professional animationsOptimize animations for multiple platforms and formats (social media, YouTube, web, mobile) without quality lossCreate motion graphics that align with brand identity, color theory and design principlesTroubleshoot technical challenges and find innovative solutions under pressure and tight deadlinesIncorporate feedback professionally and promptly while maintaining design integrityEnsure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical requirements, and platform specifications before launchWhat We're Looking For (Beyond Skills)✓ Creative Visionary – You see motion everywhere; you understand how movement, timing and effects can elevate a message✓ Technically Proficient – You're fluent in motion design tools and constantly learning new techniques and software✓ Independent Creator – You don't wait for assets; you create them from scratch with skill and confidence✓ Data-Aware – You understand that motion graphics serve performance goals; you create with metrics in mind✓ Problem-Solver – Technical challenges don't faze you; you innovate and adapt quickly✓ Team Player – You communicate clearly, accept feedback gracefully and elevate the team's creative output✓ Owner Mentality – You take pride in your work; you care about the final impact and performance
