Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic + UI Designer to shape the visual identity of our brand and enhance user experience across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of both graphic and UI design principles tailored to the e-learning domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Develop visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, brochures, social media posts, and email templates.
Create engaging visuals for online courses, infographics, and promotional videos.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
UI Design:
Design user-friendly interfaces for the company’s website, learning management system (LMS), and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to refine designs and improve user interaction.
Creative Collaboration:
Work with content creators, marketing teams, and product managers to produce cohesive designs.
Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree, or related fields.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic and UI design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, branding, and design trends.
Experience designing for online learning platforms or e-commerce is a plus.
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
