Job Title: Business Operations ManagerLocation: Gurgaon/MumbaiPosition Summary:A person with experience of dealing Corporate planners and office teams mainly in Oil and Gas and Chemical sectors is required. This includes the PMC engineering team, investor planners, EPC tender teams, and relations with top management.The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of customer insights for future investment planning.Previous experience as a Customer Relations Manager in oil and gas industries is essential.The person should have exposure and vision for future development, operations handling, and liaisoning with various corporate, PSU, EPC, PMC etc...They will be responsible and committed to achieving business unit sales targets.Responsibility for all CPI related activities including Business Development, New Product development, and Operations is also expected.Responsibility and Authority:Planning and execution of all CPI related products & services are expected from this role, including TPI, FQA, Safety services, RBI, PED.Support the commercial team in budgeting and costing of projects.Generating leads and assisting the BD team with order bookings are key responsibilities.Account receivables and collection are also part of the job.Team development and skill enhancement are crucial for growth.Develop new products to meet customer needs.Collaborate with the tender team to win projects by providing market updates, technical write-ups, and costing.Establish company presence in customer books prior to project announcements.Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.Provide technical input and support to working-level managers when needed.Authorized to make pricing commitments for business unit sales planning.Handle large sales volumes (up to 100 Cr) and manage large teams effectively.Education and Experience:A Graduate Engineer or M-Tech degree with an MBA is preferred.
