Looking for a talented developer to join our team as a UI/UX Designer.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled designer and developer to work closely with our technical specialists in designing and delivering high-quality user interfaces for our products.Responsibilities include participating in workshops and interviews to gather business requirements, defining and designing user interfaces for client applications and in-house products, and working alongside automation/RPA and .Net / Web developers to ensure seamless integration.Key Responsibilities:Participate in workshops and interviews to gather, confirm, and document business requirements.Design and develop illustrator wireframing and UI for clients applications and in-house products.Collaborate with the development team to apply feedback and enhance work products.Work alongside automation/RPA and .Net / Web developers to integrate UI with .NET / Web applications.Requirements:Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex.Experience building responsive web/App design to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices.Conducted usability testing to identify and fix UI issues, and gather real-world intelligence from target users.Proficiency with visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts, to plan and present user interface designs.At least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.At least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.Mastery of hand-on design and development using C#.NET.Proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns.Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service-Oriented Architecture and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery).Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles and a good understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.Bonus Requirements:Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills.High Emotional IQ.Embraces challenges.Team-orientation rather than an individual contributor.We offer:Hiring now for immediate start.Competitive salary and bonus determined by level and experience.Healthcare benefits, relocation assistance, vacation time, and holidays.
