Senior Learning StrategistWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Learning Strategist to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs across our organization.The ideal candidate will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity.Lead end-to-end training programs from conception to implementation, achieving measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.Design and author engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Develop and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, and measurable performance improvements.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.Key Requirements:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred.Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.Ability to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
