We have fun at work and together we remain focused,grounded, and engaged in our service offering.The business is made up of three recognized healthcare recruitment brands that situnderneath the ICG Medical arm. each delivers tailored solutions for our candidates andclients from our offices in the UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, China, Philippines, Australia,Canada, and the USA with more office openings on the horizon.Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:o Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including online databases, social media,job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract Per Diemhealthcare professionals in the USA.o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with theunique requirements of our clients.Market Research:o Analyze data to identify potential talent pools, recruitment challenges, andopportunities within the Per Diem healthcare domain.Candidate Engagement:o Initiate and maintain meaningful communication with prospective candidates,providing comprehensive information about job opportunities and assessingtheir suitability for specific roles.o Cultivate relationships with Per Diem healthcare professionals, fostering apositive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Candidate Assessment:o Conduct thorough initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong match withjob requirements and client expectations.o Prepare a shortlist of readily available, pre-screened candidates for the job/sand submit them to the internal stakeholders/cliento Coordinate seamlessly with the recruitment team to facilitate interviews andstreamline the candidate selection process.Collaboration:o Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to understand client specifications,and job requirements for candidate submission, interviews and selectionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.Previous experience as a talent source or recruiter is beneficialExceptional communication and interpersonal skills. (English)Proficiency in using technology and sourcing tools.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven sales environment.Knowledge or previous experience with US staffing or hiring for international markets.
