Employee Relations Executive JobCollabera is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to fill the role of Employee Relations Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing consultant satisfaction, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention while identifying growth opportunities through referrals and redeployment.Build and maintain strong relationships with business consultants across the USAct as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policiesEvaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairlyDesign and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiencesGenerate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeploymentHandle a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigationsCollaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagementRequired Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication skills – verbal and writtenStrong people management and interpersonal skillsSound decision-making and analytical thinkingAbility to build trust and influence across all levels of managementBenefits:Work with industry leadersBest-in-class rewards and recognitionsLucrative incentive plansComprehensive medical benefitsSpecial allowances and corporate discountsIndividual development and learning programs
