We are currently seeking a talented Program Delivery Expert to support our internal and external partners/teams. This role acts as a bridge between recruiting and training teams, assisting the Program Manager in planning, implementing, and executing training activities.The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring multiple multi-functional teams of software engineers, providing advice on quality, simplicity, maintainability, and performance.Conduct daily lab sessions to provide professional guidance.Train and establish team culture with emphasis on customer-centricity, engineering agility, creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning/growth mindset.Capture daily feedback to identify specific roadblocks and individual trainees' concerns.This role also involves providing operational oversight to Engineering Projects, guiding requirements execution, and building use cases into systems solutions.Additionally, the candidate will work closely with recruitment coordinators and other team members to attract and hire the best talent.Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with early-career IT professionals.Participate in special projects/tasks as assigned.Support the Technology Operations Team in creating and maintaining training plans and course materials across multiple cohorts.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.3-4 years of professional technical experience.Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life cycle best practices.An understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
