You’ll work closely with global leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless alignment between business goals, execution plans, and outcomes.This is an ideal role for someone who loves solving business challenges, managing cross-functional programs, and bringing structure to fast-moving projects in a high -growth SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales & GTM ExecutionCollaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to plan and execute targeted business development and sales campaignsIdentify and growth hack specific accounts through data insights and creative outreach Develop AI-enabled playbooks for account growth, customer engagementMarketing & Product CollaborationPartner with Product Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and positioning for target verticals and key accountsIdentify and execute B2B influencer campaigns and thought-leadership initiatives to boost brand and pipeline visibilityCreate and manage cross-functional GTM projects that improve alignment across Product, Sales, and MarketingInnovation & AI IntegrationBuild data-driven frameworks to evaluate account potential and optimize targeting strategiesIdentify and implement digital and AI-based tools that improve GTM efficiency, lead scoring, and customer engagementExplore automation and personalization opportunities to scale marketing and sales outreachQualifications:Education:MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Digital or Strategy Experience:2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, digital or GTM operationsExposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise operations, or cross-functional project management is a plusSkills:Strong analytical and project management capabilities with attention to detailAbility to translate strategic goals into actionable execution plansExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsStrong interest in Go-To-Market strategy and SaaS-based business modelsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to evolving prioritiesWhy Join ORO Labs?Learn from Global Leaders – Direct mentorship from GTM and leadership teamsGlobal Exposure – Collaborate with teams across the US, Europe & IndiaCompetitive Pay & BenefitsRemote FlexibilityPaid Time Off & Wellness Support
