As a Junior Merchandiser at Āroka, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and driving growth for both online and offline retail channels.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and manage offline and online stores aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Curate store lists for collaboration and manage product selection and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with stores on stock delivery timelines, sales performance, and returns.
  • Create and maintain sales reports; ensure accurate invoicing with accounts.
  • Onboard retail brands and manage product listings on partner websites.
  • Share high-resolution images, lookbooks, and influencer content with stores.
  • Monitor and update product details on online platforms (pricing, descriptions).
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing, and sales for popup events and manage order fulfillment.
  • Process and track online and offline orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customization requests from stores and clients.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.
  • Update inventory on Shopify and physical stores; track sales data and stock levels.
  • Follow up with stores for sales reports, manage purchase orders, and handle invoicing.


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of merchandising, retail operations, and product selection.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration.
  • Experience with managing product listings and content on e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of order management, inventory control, and invoicing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Excel and data management for reporting and tracking.
  • High attention to detail in managing product data, sales reports, and orders.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, accounts).
