Position Overview We’re urgently seeking a GenAI Video Creator with expertise in After Effects and AI-based video generation tools (like Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Kaiber, or similar). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating one high-quality video daily in Reels format and handle other editing works , blending motion graphics, AI visuals, and storytelling to promote our co-branded campaigns. We’re looking for creators who can deliver visually captivating, brand-aligned motion graphics videos consistently. Key Responsibilities Create daily short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) using GenAI tools and After Effects . Conceptualize, design, and produce visually engaging motion graphics to promote our co-brand collaborations. Utilize AI video generation platforms to accelerate creative workflows while maintaining artistic quality. Incorporate music, voiceovers, typography, and animation to craft compelling storytelling pieces. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure creative alignment. Stay on top of GenAI and motion design trends to keep our content fresh and innovative. Deliver daily outputs on schedule with precision and creativity. Requirements Proven expertise in Adobe After Effects and motion graphics creation . Strong hands-on experience with any Generative AI video tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika, Synthesia, Kaiber, Midjourney + Animate, etc.). Ability to create eye-catching Reels-style videos tailored for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn . Great sense of visual storytelling, color, timing, and composition . Ability to work independently and meet daily creative targets . Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Must have a portfolio of motion graphics / AI-generated reels Nice to Have Experience in brand video creation Knowledge of AI tools for sound design and voice generation . Basic understanding of 3D design or camera motion effects . Familiarity with social media algorithms and engagement-driven editing styles. Soft Skills Highly creative with strong problem-solving ability. Self-motivated and deadline-driven. Adaptable to a fast-paced, creative-first environment .
