Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting. They will also assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. The Account Executive will work closely with the finance team and support the overall financial functions of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with audits and tax filings.
  • Provide financial information and support to management as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
