Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Konnect 2 Hospitality in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, policymaking, and overall human resources functions within the organization.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies skills
- Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) expertise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- F&B HR experience is must.
