Job Title: Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.This role involves providing technical support and assistance to users of our trading analytics platform.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and have experience working with technical systems and software.Key Responsibilities:Provide fast and accurate live chat and email support to users.Help users navigate the platform features, trade analytics, and reports.Troubleshoot issues related to account setup, imports, and analytics workflows.Identify recurring technical issues and resolve them using strong product knowledge.Maintain and efficiently search through a large internal knowledge base.Document findings and curate common questions/answers.Manage multiple concurrent chats with empathy, speed, and accuracy.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience working with technical systems and software.Familiarity with web-based applications and platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
