Job Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our team. As an expert in financial systems, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and guidance to our clients.About the Role:This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving complex issues related to Chart of Accounts, Ledger and Legal Entity configurations, Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, Journal creation, posting, and reconciliations, AP/AR invoices, payments, receipts, Asset additions, depreciation, retirements, and adjustments, Cash Management processes, including bank statement reconciliation, and supporting month-end and year-end finance close activities.As an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant, you will provide L2/L3 functional support for GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, and Tax modules, analyze and resolve technical issues, and collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver root-cause analysis (RCA) with recommended solutions.You will also be responsible for performing configuration updates such as Lookups, Tax rules, Approval rules, Bank accounts, Payment methods, and managing Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle for product issues and coordinating resolutions with internal and external teams.Requirements:Technical Skills:Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials modules, specifically GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, and TaxExperience with Chart of Accounts, Ledger and Legal Entity configurations, Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, Journal creation, posting, and reconciliationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with business users and internal teamsStrong understanding of financial systems and processes, including cash management, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivableAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesBenefits:Professional Development:Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledgeCollaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionalsBonus structure based on individual and team performance
