As the Winding Department In-Charge, you will lead operations for 220kV to 765kV and HVDC converter class transformers. You'll be empowered to shape processes, enhance safety and quality, and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions.How you'll make an impactLead and manage winding operations including coil winding, insulation, and coil assemblyEnsure timely execution of production schedules while maintaining high-quality standardsInterpret and implement engineering drawings, winding sheets, and work instructionsEnforce strict compliance with EHS policies and promote a zero-incident safety culture. Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments regularlyCollaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure quality compliance and drive corrective actionsLead and develop a team of winding technicians, supervisors, and contract workers.
