Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Travel Consultant with at least 6 months of experience in the travel industry, particularly with in-depth knowledge of Southeast Asian countries. The ideal candidate will possess a witty personality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves consulting clients on travel packages, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and expert advice.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, maintaining a high volume of approximately 80 calls daily.
Consult and promote our travel packages and destinations, with a particular emphasis on Southeast Asia.
Manage the CRM system to ensure timely and relevant responses to customer inquiries, adhering to set KPIs.
Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing expert assistance and resolving queries with professionalism.
Handle client interactions through various channels including phone, chat, and email.
Represent Travaura as a trusted and reliable brand, delivering exceptional service consistently.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs established by the company.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in the travel industry, with a strong emphasis on Southeast Asian destinations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, capable of engaging clients effectively.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close deals, upsell products, and meet sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Quick and efficient computer skills, proficient in managing multiple chats, and attention to detail.
Product Knowledge: Adept at learning and providing expert advice on various travel packages and destinations, especially in Southeast Asia.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
Professionalism: Smart, ethical manipulation, and professional negotiation skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Patient, hospitable, and able to handle customer interactions with professionalism and smart work.
