This position works closely with various departments including finance, accounting, and leadership teams to ensure accurate budgeting, planning, and financial performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and key performance indicators.Prepare regular financial reports for management review.Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business growth.Budgeting & Forecasting:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts.Track and explain variances from budgeted amounts.Support scenario planning and financial modeling initiatives.Financial Modeling & Insights:Develop and maintain complex financial models using tools like Excel and Power BI.Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights for business improvement.Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and ROI evaluations.Business Support:Partner with various stakeholders to gather financial inputs and insights.Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects.Review and analyze financial performance metrics.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Support audit and regulatory compliance efforts.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial modeling.Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and presentation abilities.
