DRAUGHTSMANPOSITIONS: Architectural Draughtsman, Civil 3D Draughtsman, Interior Draughtsman, Landscape Draughtsman, Municipal Draughtsman.Experience: 5-12 yrsLocation - Navi Mumbai & Bandra Creating high quality architectural and interior finishes drawings and details at various stages of the project (for multiple projects) as per instructions / sketches / project specifications / time schedule given by senior architect. Drawings:Understanding the concept and design made by core design team with the help of Senior Architect.Preparing architectural and interior finishes drawings and details at various stages of the project i.e. from schematic to GFC (for multiple projects)Preparing accurate drawings.Working systematically to ensure Timely completion of drawings as per assigned deadlines. Visiting construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions if requiredCo-ordination: Coordination with core design team for design intent and updatesCo-ordination with Municipal Team for Municipal DrawingsCo-ordination with 3D Team for Visuals.Co-ordination with Consultant Representatives for drawing coordination / follow-ups for structural / MEP / landscape / façade drawings / BOQs etc. Preparation and Organized Maintenance of Drawings and other documentation:Preparing and maintaining drawing listsMaintaining Drawing Control IndexMaintaining records, files, transmittals and drawings and approval copiesPrepare / assist senior architect in preparation of various project reports / schedules / presentations from time to time.
