Responsibilities
Should have knowledge of do all filings of petitions / applications specifically at NCLT/NCLAT/High Court (Specially Delhi and Punjab and Haryana High Court) as well as District Courts (Specially Delhi and Gurugram) and basis knowledge of filings at Supreme Court
Should know short-hand and be able to take dictation and prepare first cut of applications, petitions to be filed in above courts
Should be able to handle internal admin functions, such as, reporting, etc
General support on secretarial work, such as, proof readings etc.

Qualifications
The PQE (Pre-Qualification Experience) on above should be 5 years
Also, as RSD is an emerging law firm, we are looking for a court clerk with positive attitude, who can play an all-rounder role and can support the legal teams on secretarial level work in general.
Should be able to commute to office in Prestigious DLF Phase 1, Gurugram.
