Imaging Application Specialist RoleDevelop and expand your career as an Imaging Application Specialist, collaborating with talented colleagues to drive clinical application and operation training for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers.Key responsibilities include:Creating training plans and completing clinical application training for high-end medical imaging systems;Solving customer clinical problems, improving satisfaction, and establishing long-term relationships;Collecting customer feedback and excellent clinical images/cases for product sales and research support;Maintaining regional expert resources and supporting customers in conducting clinical scientific research;Establishing and maintaining reference hospitals, receiving visits, and assisting in achieving business growth;Providing pre-sales/after-sales product/application demonstration support and organizing promotions/exhibitions.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or related field;At least 5 years' experience as a radiographer or radiologist in healthcare or 3+ years as an application specialist in one modality field, familiar with MR products, technology, and operation knowledge;Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; good customer service awareness;Strong teamwork ability, enjoy working with people, and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction;Ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent business travel;Experience in other manufacturers is a plus.What We OfferA dynamic work environment that fosters growth and collaboration;The opportunity to develop and expand your career in the medical imaging industry;A competitive compensation package and benefits.
