About this roleWe are looking for a Senior DFT Engineer with expertise in Design for Test (DFT).Mandatory requirements:Obtain and maintain a Department of Defense classified clearance.Prior 5-15 years of professional experience in SoC/ASIC Digital Design with focus on Design for Test (DFT).Desirable skills:DFT insertion flows.Compression scan insertion, LBIST and other scan technologies.Memory build-in self-test (MBIST).Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG).DFT Expertise: A deep understanding of various scan technologies and techniques such as compression scan insertion, LBIST, MBIST, and ATPG is essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:As a Senior DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test solutions for complex digital circuits. This includes developing and maintaining design-for-test (DFT) capabilities, identifying and resolving test-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.Requirements:Proven experience in DFT engineering with a strong focus on design, implementation, and integration of test solutions.Excellent knowledge of various scan technologies, including compression scan insertion, LBIST, MBIST, and ATPG.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
