Braze Consultant Job DescriptionAs a skilled Braze consultant, you will be responsible for leading strategic planning, setup, and optimization of customer engagement programs with strong platform expertise, marketing automation knowledge, and stakeholder management skills.This role is ideal for individuals who possess in-depth knowledge of Braze, including Canvas, Webhooks, Liquid scripting, and data mapping. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business goals into actionable campaigns.Strategic Planning:Develop comprehensive customer engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.Campaign Design and Execution:Create lifecycle and trigger-based campaigns across various channels (email, PUSH, SMS, in-app).Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of Braze usage with their business goals.Platform Optimization:Conduct regular platform audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements for campaign performance and scalability.Integration Configuration:Configure Braze integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Segment, Amplitude, custom APIs) for efficient data flow.Training and Support:Provide training and support to internal teams on Braze best practices.KPI Measurement:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks for campaign success.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing automation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
