Job OpportunityAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing Order Management, Vendor management, and Vendor Operations processes for projects allocated to your cohort.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and float package-wise tenders for interiors work, ensuring understanding of contract terms, BOQ specifications, payment terms, and contract conditions.Understand scope and specification of non-tender items, validate rates, support quotations, and invoices.Award orders within Time And Attendance (TAT) timelines, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of products and services.Manage escalation arising from vendor performance to achieve project delivery on time and quality.Visit vendors' sites to understand their processes, systems, and quality control measures, build relationships with existing and prospective vendors.Maintain project trackers and summaries, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and implement end-to-end.Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, and new initiatives.Requirements:Familiarity with procurement processes, including tendering and vendor management.Ability to analyze data, identify performance bottlenecks, and develop corrective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills to manage complex issues and escalate when necessary.Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.What We Offer:We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
