Role OverviewWe’re looking for a sharp, curious, and data-driven Product Analyst to join our growing product team. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and the Tech team to track user behavior, measure feature performance, and turn data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to deeply understand how products are built, measured, and improved.What You’ll DoWork closely with the Product Manager to define success metrics for new and existing featuresCollaborate with the Tech team to define, implement, and validate event tracking across the productOwn event schemas and ensure accurate tracking using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHogPerform funnel analysis to identify drop-offs, conversion gaps, and growth opportunitiesAnalyze user behavior across key journeys such as onboarding, activation, engagement, and retentionBuild dashboards and reports to track product health, feature adoption, and cohort performanceTranslate data insights into clear recommendations for product improvementsSupport A/B experiments and feature launches with pre and post-launch analysisEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytics toolsRequirements0–2 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics roleHands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHogStrong understanding of event tracking, event naming conventions, and instrumentation best practicesExperience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and behavioral analyticsBasic proficiency in SQL is a strong plusStrong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into product insightsComfortable working closely with Product Managers and EngineersHigh ownership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset Good to HavePrior experience working on a B2C product Familiarity with retention, activation, and engagement metricsAspiration to grow into a Product Management role, with willingness to collaborate on PRDs, specs, and feature requirements
