OKR Performance ManagerThe company's equal opportunities policy is deeply ingrained in the hiring process and must be adhered to throughout.JOB SUMMARY As a Senior OKR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success by developing, implementing, and refining our OKR framework. Your expertise will ensure that our strategic objectives are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned across all levels of the organization. You will be instrumental in analyzing performance data, facilitating OKR setting and review sessions, and providing insights to optimize our goal-setting processes and achieve outstanding results. In addition to driving the OKR framework, the role will be responsible for building and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will ensure KPIs are defined, measured, visualized, and reviewed regularly to drive accountability and results.Responsibilities:Develops and refines company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of organizational objectivesImplements and manages the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training, and ongoing supportFacilitates regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, proactively engaging and challenging senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectivesProvides training and coaching to teams and individuals on OKR best practices, emphasizing best practices in OKR formulation, monitoring, and achievementDrives internal capability building through coaching, training, and workshopsMonitors OKR progress systematically, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic adjustmentsDrives continuous improvement and adoption of the OKR framework through structured governance and process-oriented managementManages 1 BI developer KPI ManagementDefines, tracks, and maintains business-critical KPIs across the organization, departments, and at project levels, ensuring relevance and accuracyEstablishes robust KPI governance, including clear ownership, consistent review cadences, and defined escalation processesConducts regular KPI health checks and validation cycles to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrityDesigns, deploys, and manages comprehensive KPI dashboards and performance reports, identifying performance gaps, operational risks, and strategic opportunitiesIntegrates KPI monitoring seamlessly into regular business and strategic performance reviews, ensuring actionable insights drive accountabilityQualifications:Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworksDemonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking, and reporting across functions or business unitsStrong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actionsExperience leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects, demonstrating measurable impact on organizational performanceExcellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional teamsDeep understanding of OKR and KPI principles and best practices, with experience in coaching and training individuals and teamsProficient in the use of OKR software tools and data visualization platforms including MS ExcelExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate objectives and outcomesProven experience in managing difficult conversations and effectively influencing senior stakeholdersHighly organized and process-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPrior working experience in emerging markets, particularly in Africa, is highly preferableEducational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related fieldMBA or equivalent master's degree in business administration or economics or StatisticsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
